Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts.
  • Must have basic knowledge in Accounting
  • Prepare account reports and invoices
  • To provide direct administrative support to interior designers.
  • Assist Interior Designer to prepare quotation for clients.
  • Running errands and answering phones. At large design firms, assistants may need to provide support to multiple interior designers.
  • Input of data for materials / equipment etc.
  • Purchasing, Filing and scanning
  • Five-day work week, Medical & Dental insurance
  • A fast-growing company
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in construction industry preferred
  • Entry level welcome to apply also
  • Knowledgeable in Interior Design is a plus
  • Knowledge in MS Office and Computer Skills
  • Meticulous and good team player
