Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts.
- Must have basic knowledge in Accounting
- Prepare account reports and invoices
- To provide direct administrative support to interior designers.
- Assist Interior Designer to prepare quotation for clients.
- Running errands and answering phones. At large design firms, assistants may need to provide support to multiple interior designers.
- Input of data for materials / equipment etc.
- Purchasing, Filing and scanning
- Five-day work week, Medical & Dental insurance
- A fast-growing company
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications and Job Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in construction industry preferred
- Entry level welcome to apply also
- Knowledgeable in Interior Design is a plus
- Knowledge in MS Office and Computer Skills
- Meticulous and good team player
